Perfect holder for iPhone 4,
I got this recently to hold my iPhone 4 in the car (BMW 335i E92)
The holder suits the iPhone 4 with a case – I am using a clear plastic “incase” that Apple supplied for free.
The sides of the holder do move to allow slightly different thickness of cases to be used.
The phone slots into the holder and connects to a plug at the bottom. This then allows you to connect your own cable to it – in my case I am using a cable that then connects the phone to the AUX IN port to allow me to play music over the car stereo.
I also bought the Brodit clip (DSL-Brodit BMW 318-330-E90-E91-E92 Brodit ProClip Console mount 2005 – 2010 Fits All Countries – #633597). This allows you to mount this holder onto the clip and then attach to the car centre console – fits perfectly and appears to be firm.
