I wish someone had told me this before i bought it…Very annoying auto switch off at low volume,
It does the job quite well, except when the music (or podcast in this case) volume is slightly low for about 10 seconds or so. I guess it’s trying to be clever and conserve power but its not being clever its being extremely irritating because it switches itself off and leaves you being blasted with white noise from the empty radio frequency. Its easy to switch back on but that is not the point. A complete design floor. seriously think about another product instead.

|Weak signal.,
Pretty useless for me. I live in London, and the signal is just not strong enough to work without severe interference due to a jammed FM dial. My old Kensington equivalent product worked despite the same FM dial, so I can only imagine this device gives a weaker FM broadcast.
The scan feature which finds a clear frequency doesn’t work.

we purchased a cheaper transmitter and found that after the first 1/2 hr the thing packed up, so we sent back to Amazon ,withoout the packaging as this was the plastic type you have to destroy to open and Amazon replaced with this set that we asked for , full marks from amazon we paid for a more expensive one and this seems more professional and the sound is very good, easy to set up and more frequencys to play with
