Dreadful service,
I bought a Navman Mio 687 from Amazon in August for a trip to Italy. I tried it in Scotland, updated the maps but found them still badly outdated. In Italy many of the newer roads were not marked and after a series of wrong instructions, a not very sharp tap on the screen resulted in a broken screen. It was a real struggle to get a response from Mio to obtain repair but when I achieved contact the response was that the screen was not covered and that the repair would be £120 or more. That is greater than the cost of the equipment new. Since my purchase included the digital maps of all Europe and I have had one weeks use I find this the worst possible deal.
